The Sherwood Code Photon Pro Junior hockey stick brings elite-level construction into a stick engineered for developing players. Built around a Hybrid2 kickpoint and Energized Velocity Taper (EVT) technology, the shaft efficiently transfers energy from load to release, producing more powerful shots without sacrificing puck feel or passing accuracy.
The stick's internal Dual Carbon Frame (DCF) reinforces both the shaft and blade for consistent performance and long-term durability. Blackline NXT Carbon Fiber layering further optimizes strength throughout the construction, while the junior-specific shaft dimensions provide a comfortable fit for smaller hands.
Puck control and feel are addressed through several targeted technologies. VR92 Blade Dampening reduces unwanted vibrations and improves puck sensitivity, with heel and toe reinforcements added for blade durability. Concave sidewalls with rounded corners enhance grip comfort, and two Tactile Grip Zones give both hands improved stick control. A Peelply Textured Blade surface increases puck-to-blade contact for more consistent handling and shooting.
