Refund policy

Hockey1 Return / Refund Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hockey1 purchase. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date to Hockey1 for a refund of the purchase price. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number, and email for all return or exchange transactions.

Please contact Hockey1 at 860-289-3401 or orders@hockey1.com for return instructions prior to shipping any items back.

For a full refund, the item must be returned with a receipt, unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit in the form of the original payment received.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Hockey1 is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Hockey1 will use its discretion for returns without proof of purchase, which may be issued in the form of store credit.

All custom orders are final sale unless there is a manufacturer's defect that falls within the manufacturer’s warranty period. An original receipt is required to process any applicable replacement.

Defective merchandise follows the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

*Please note that all composite hockey sticks include a one-time warranty replacement within 30 days of purchase.
