Most equipment sold by Hockey1 is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and eligibility vary by brand and by product, and all warranty claims must be initiated and processed through the manufacturer.
If you believe an item purchased from Hockey1 qualifies for warranty consideration, you are required to submit a claim directly through the manufacturer’s website using the appropriate link below. The manufacturer is solely responsible for determining warranty eligibility, approval, and replacement.
In limited circumstances, Hockey1 may assist with facilitating a warranty claim; however, this does not guarantee approval or replacement. Hockey1 can only assist after a warranty claim has been submitted to the manufacturer.
Important Warranty Disclaimers
Hockey Sticks:
Composite hockey sticks are subject to normal wear and breakage and typically carry a limited manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers offer a one-time replacement within a specified time period, often 30 days from the date of purchase. Stick warranties generally cover manufacturer defects only and do not cover normal wear, abuse, or breakage due to gameplay. Warranty eligibility, replacement models, and timelines are determined entirely by the manufacturer.
Protective Equipment & Apparel:
Protective equipment and apparel warranties vary by brand and product, and typically cover manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only. Damage resulting from normal use, impacts, alterations, or improper care is not covered. Many protective items may not carry a warranty once used.
